Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Duskbird is operated by F&VTT LLC, 7901 4th St. N, Ste 5809, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. This policy explains what we collect and why.

The short version

Health and calendar data never leaves your device in raw form. Your phone works out a few numbers — hours slept, number of meetings, step count — and sends only those. We never see your calendar entries, their titles, or your health records.

What we collect

What we never collect

Permissions

Notifications are required — without them there is no product. Health and calendar access are optional, and the app works fully without either. You can revoke any permission in your device settings at any time.

Who else sees your data

We use third parties to run the service: cloud hosting, a database provider, Apple and Google push services, and an AI provider that writes the one-line explanation. The AI provider receives only aggregated numbers and a list of candidate film titles — never your identity, email, or account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Keeping and deleting

Daily signals are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Your taste profile is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time; when you do, everything tied to it is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Write to hello@duskbird.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Duskbird is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
