These terms govern your use of Duskbird, operated by F&VTT LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
What Duskbird does
Duskbird suggests one film per day. We show what is available on streaming services in your country, based on data from third parties. We do not host, stream, or sell any film, and we are not affiliated with any streaming service.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old.
Free and paid access
The first 1,000 registered users keep full access at no cost for as long as the service exists. Other users may be offered a paid subscription; pricing and terms are shown before any purchase and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account.
Availability
We aim to send a recommendation every evening, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Catalogue and streaming availability change without notice and are outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access the service by automated means, resell access, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, F&VTT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
